Professionally, I adhere to the belief that each person inherently knows themselves best; I am here to walk along beside you to offer insight and skills. I view each person I meet with unconditional positive regard & truly look forward to meeting you. I have experience working w/ addictions, substance misuse/abuse, parenting and grandparenting, caring for aging parents, child loss, depression and grief. I grew up in a home that struggled with mental health issues & substance misuse/addictions. I have 21 years experience working with parents & their children through different career modes. I know healing and growth is possible w/ faith, support and time.
